No Sounds

Hi Im kinda new here so Please bear with me

I have Realtek High Definition Audio and One day My Laptop Lost Sound. I tried to update it still there is no sounds I also tried Reinstalling it still no sounds.

Please provide us with Make and Model of your Laptop for further assistance. Is this sound lost from the built in speakers or have you tried to produce sound from a headset or speakers to see if that works?

I have Samsung NP370R4E. My Speakers are built in .I Tried reinstalling the Drivers and It fixed, But when I shutdown my laptop and turn it on again it dosent have sounds again :/ and I tried to troubleshoot it and it says “Hardware changes might not have been detected"

Most newer laptops have a feature called "factory restore" to return the laptop to a condition like it was when you first bought it. Back up your important stuff first
