No toner/ink

What's wrong? Filled the toner, but computer shows that printer is out of toner/ink!

Many printers are set to reject refilled carts. This is done with a chip on the cart. If the chip does not 'reset' properly, there is no recognition of the new cart. Contact maker of the cart and get them to help you fix or replace your new cart with any necessary electronics to make printer recognize the new toner cart.

I plugged printer to another computer and everything worked
So I think that there is something wrong with computer

Unable to diagnose on current level of information. Possible that new connection resulted in reset. Try connecting to old system again. If that doesn't work, then examine both systems, determine what is different, change old system which doesn't work until it does.
