No Users in User Tab

The first time I log into the computer after startup there is no users in the users tab and everything runs really slow. After logging out and logging back in their is a user in the users tab but most applications will freeze upon launching. I've attached the hijackthis report.

Start your computer in Safe Mode with Networking, by pressing the F8 key before Windows startup

Then have a look at:

UPDATED 8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions

Note: you can also Start->Run-> MSconfig
And turn off all startups, then restart, keeping Diagnostic mode starting up, then follow the above guide

Sorry for delay
All the HP things starting up plus Safe Eyes application, has taken me some time to totally confirm

Regarding Safe Eyes there seems that there may be a patch for Safe Eyes regarding issues with Browsers. Just thought I'd mention it, if it applies here or not: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=692775&p=5419245
The User in that thread had contacted them firstly though.


Please download Combofix
Lots of info on its use h e r e
Direct download h e r e

Save it to a location that you can easily find later (in Safe Mode) ie directly to C drive

Restart your computer to Safe Mode (by repeatedly pressing F8 on your keyboard before Windows starts)
Log into your Administrator account
Locate the previously downloaded Combofix
Double click on it to run, answering any prompts along the way
Note: during Combofix scan (lasting up to 10mins) your Desktop and clock may reset (all normal)

Once Combofix has finished, save the log file to be attached to a new reply
Restart back to Normal mode, and attach the Combofix log

Whilst waiting for my reply, you may want to re-open Malwarebytes; update it again; and then run another full scan (I'm thinking there may still be more uncovered malwares to remove) I would do this

I ran both Malwarebytes and Super Anti-Spyware, neither found anything. Here is the combofix log. I had to unistall Avast for it to recognize that it wasn't running.

I have asked another Malware specialist to have a look at the Combofix log as well
This is the reason for the delay
