No video input

Chiming in to try to help: You said that you "wiggled" the gpu (graphics card), but have you tried to completely remove it from the computer and then re-installing it? Make sure that you unplug the power from the computer before doing anything inside of it. Take the video card out and re-install it, not just "wiggle" it. You may not have a good connection with the video card.
Does you video card require power? What is the make and model? Did you mistakenly bump the power cable to the video card (while you were cleaning), and that is why you don't have video?
I would also take the fan that is causing problems and remove it completely from the computer so that you wont run into issues in the future. I do agree with Cobalt on the fact that you should replace the fan with a working one. You should not leave the side of the computer open because you will build up way too much dust and dirt into the system. Replace the fan with a working one and put the side back on. A computer needs to be cooled properly to function the right way.

Follow Spykezp instructions. If they do not work. Like I said before you may have shorted the motherboard. If this is the case there is no fix.

To reinstall the GPU? Im not so expert in computers, how should I install the GPU? Take the video card and put it back? I dont know if this is so useless and I just try

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 9600GT 512 MB
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+
RAM: 4GB
Motherboard: Gygabite M57SLI-S4

Sorry for repost,I cant unplugg and take off the GPU cause I dont have a necessarly tool to make this.Instead,I unplugg the wire that was connecting the source power to GPU and fan of GPU wasnt working(logically without power) and was saying no video input and still the same long beep.

I have to ask: When you do anything with the hardware (internal computer parts), are you turning the computer off and un-plugging the power cable to the whole computer, or are you doing these tasks with the computer plugged in and powered on?

Why would you need a tool to take the GPU out. There should be a little lever on the slot it is plugged in. All you have to do is release the lever. The GPU should come out then. At that point you can reinstall it and make sure it is secure. Make sure when you do this the computer is unplugged. As was stated.

If I may butt in here a bit, make sure the computer is shut down properly. Start>Shut Down. Once it is completely off, GENTLY pull the power cord out of the wall socket that goes to the computer. Then follow the above directions.
These people at TechSpot know what they're talking about. Good luck. :)

When im using computer internal parts I just turn off computer, not plug off the power cord. But what can cause this problem? Is from motherboard? I just wanna know if I can repair computer easily and cheap(.My parents have money, they can repair my computer, but they dont want because they know the computer have no benefits for a kid in the 10 grade.) In this problem, the motherboard is 100% the broken piece?

Unless I'm mistaken, you risk electrical shock to yourself & possbly electric static trouble with the pc & then you might have to buy a whole new computer.
We here at TechSpot are trying to tell you the correct way to help you & save you money.
Do EXACTLY as Cobalt & the others have told you to do or buy another computer. UNplug it from the wall so you don't hurt you or the computer.
Even if your computer is off & plugged in, power is still flowing through it. UNPLUG it.

I can not say for sure your motherboard is broken. But with little you know of computers and What you have posted. Your answer don't really give us a enough to go on. Your best bet would to be . Have someone who knows a lot about computers to look at it.

I would try,I just posted cause I could we can find a solution online, not with an expert help.

That is fine. But from what we have told you. Plus from your reply back. Stating you do not know how to do what we suggest. Its pretty hard to give you a answer. Your best bet would to be have a friend or someone who knows about computers look at your PC. This way you would get a better answer to your problem. Good Luck. I hope it works out for you.
