I'm trying to connect my old pc to my monitor, but all i get is a black screen with the note "no video input". I also tried connecting it to a different monitor and that one said "power save mode".
Whats wrong?

It seems that the video is not working on your old PC. Are you sure that the monitor plugs are connected correctly? Or do you have another video card that you could try in the old PC?

PS Welcome to TechSpot!!!

I dont think I have any extra video cards, but maybe I can get one. Where is the vodeo card located in my pc? Can I take it out and try to put it back in?
Thank you.

Somebody else needs to answer this, cuz I have like no hands-on experience w/modern computers, and I don't know how to tell you to remove your card, like if you need an anti-static wristband or anything like that.
so, somebody else please... ;)
