No video, no sounds, powers on, im lost

  1. So leading up to the no video and everything else working.

    A power outage happened, restarted logged into windows then blue screen for 0x00001 or something for driver error.

    Bought a new video card still no video but everything else powers on and seems like its running.

    Where do I even start from here to try and fix whats wrong.

    Setup is a p5p43td pro quad core processor. Quadro fx3500 4gbs of patriot ram 2 500gb cavier greens

    The motherboard or boot drive is probably fried...

    Yeahhh im hoping thats not it but probably is. When I turn it on it turns on then shuts off then back on like normal when expressgate is overclocking my drives amd what not worked fine unless its something unrelated to hard drives whata the best way of going about this without just building a new one

    Turn off expressgate and see if the computer boots

    How do I turn off expressgate if I cant see the bios ha?

    No video even in the bios? Do you have on-board video?

    No onboard video, only have my PCI 2x16.
    Thats where im stuck at trying to diag it, not even getting bios display or any rraction on my monitor when I turn my desktop on
