I recently reformated my HD and reinstalled windows. I everything setup and all the drivers installed. The computer was working normally. I took it back to my friends house and when I set it up I couldn't any display on the monitor. The light on the monitor remained yellow and when I unplugged the monitor it gave me a no signal message. I took it back home and tried switching the video card but no help. Any ideas?

    Welcome to TechSpot

Reseat all PCI/AHP-cards and the memory stick(s).
Check that all your cables between PSU/drives/mobo are plugged in properly.

If you "bumped" the PC during transport, maybe the mobo has shifted a bit and is making a false contact.
