No video with Benq DW1640

Just installed DW1640 DVD Burner using Nero OEM. Sound but no picture when playing DVD. Any ideas. Thks

yuor going to have to be more precise on what the problem is. what DVD player software are yu using? is this a commercial disk you are trying to watch or a copy you made?
