No Wifi Driver on laptop

Ven_14e4&dev_4365 driver
I can't seem to find a site that's legit enough to have the driver
The only download I have stops working every 5 minutes from the dell ftp site
Anyone have any idea where I can get this driver or can someone be super super kind and upload it somewhere for me to grab

Edit: I need it for windows 7 64 bit! Forgot to mention!
