  1. Started last night when I went to use my computer for the first time for the day. Had the laptop for 2.5 yrs and never had this problem before. Its a dell inspiron, just updated to windows 10 in august. There is a red "x" over where the wifi signal would be, but now its just a computer with a cable over it with the "x". Called dell support, they had me do a factory reset and still nothing will work. Everyone else in my house is able to connect no problem. When I go to device manager under network adapters there is only Realtek, no "intel" of any sort. I will take any help!! Thanks!
