I keep getting this error message when i run my expree test service tag 70

msg: block 283865 - 283896 non- recoverable hardware error (timeout on logical unit}

What does this mean I an running my diagnostic test , Can I restore this back on my computer

So stop running the test... Does the optical drive function normally?

Then the optical drive is bad or the blank media is defective or the wrong type for your drive
