normal/yyy65 and other popups invading my computer!

Since the eve of this new year, I've dealt with problems of popups invading my computer. I've tried many programs that were recommended by other websites to try to get rid of this, but they've been continuing and honestly making me more and more frustrated by popping up and even invading the current page I'm on. Go to tools on the browser and check your pop-up settings first. It looks like you have alot of junk programs, Webshots, i-tunes etc. you should download
cccleaner, ad-aware and spybot search and destroy. Run them ASAP. I would also go to http://www.pcpitstop.com/pcpitstop/default.asp run the free tests and follow their advice. It may have to do with your security settings, which can be corrected automatically on that site. Good luck!

Unfortunately that didn't fix my problem. I'm still getting tons of popups from normal/yyy65 even though those programs claimed to have detected and deleted them all
