Norton Anti Virus Scan

puke: I'm using Norton's inter net security 2005. Every time I get an e-mail with a virus I get a pop up that says e-mail scan completed. I have to click on finish in order to continue. How do keep from this pop up from showing up every time. Can it automatically take care of the problem with out the pop up. There is no check box that says do not show again. Please help!

I'm sure it can, but you need to fiddle with the options a bit to figure it out.

The norton software, although bloated beyond belief (and not so hot of a virus scanner), is fairly intuitive.

If you get frustrated, just uninstall it and give http://free.grisoft.com a run.

norton internet security is garbage- particularly the firewall. Only Norton Corporate is worth a dang. US Federal employees can get it for free under a blanket government license.

I would switch to free AVG antivirus and ZoneAlarm free firewall.
