    I have run Nortons system works for a couple of years and never had a problem with it. as long as it's at least 2002 there should not be a problem with norton's but anything older than that isnt compaitable and wont work right with XP.

    I was never able to run SW2002 on XP but have installed and used SW2003 on a few XP machines at work with no problems.
