Not enough Memory error

i leave my computer running 24/7. every so often, maybe once a week, ill go to use it after it has been idling for a long time, and when i try to open any applications ill get an error telling me i dont have enough memory available to open the application. sometimes after leaving it idle something similar happens where i leave it to idle then when i get back on i try to open an application but nothing will happen. rebooting always corrects this problem. anyone have any ideas what may be causing this? thanks

Yes, it's the build up of Temp files. Your Ram just keeps referencing it all the time, especially in Start->Run-> %temp%

Here is the answer: Run CCleaner next time it's sluggish (no restart necessary)
