not getting more than vga resolution

  1. today i install windows me on my laptop. and i am not getting more tha 640 x 480 resolution and 16 colours on it, i can't change more than vga resolution from display panel. please tell,
    i think it is due to graphics card, its driver is not installed on millenium, when i start setup, a error message appear "os version not supported" please tell me where i could get that driver for win me.
    i have toshiba m35x-s109 laptop, with 256 ram, celeron m 1.4 ghz.

    please tell me how to get 1024 x 768 resolution on it, please tell.

    If you know what card/chip you have..just go to the site and d/l the newest driver for it..if you dont know what set you have...d/l Belarc Advisor or Aida32 and run it..it,ll tell you all you need to know..;)

    Find out what Videocard you have in there first.
