I have attatched a pic of asus prob goin off I thought it was the CPU fan it was at 60 degrease so I put a new heat sink fan in and it is 10 degrease lower but still goin off is it the CPU fan??

The 12V rail is quite a bit undervoltage. It's at 11.193. I'd say the PSU is failing.
 
The 5V is also slightly higher than it should be, but not as bad as the 12V.
HIGH = 12 * 1.05 = 12.6V
LOW = 12 * 0.95 = 11.4V

11.193 doesn't sound good.
 
^ agreed with the above. Replace the PSU with one suitable asap.

Use this calculator as a guide then add 50w or 20% (whichever is greater) to the final calculation to find your minimum you need on a PSU

Don't forget to press recalculate after changing things.
