  1. Hello... my notebook uses this samsung memory, and there is a label on it that says: 512MB 2Rx16 PC2 3200S-333-12-A3.

I would like to upgrade my notebook to 1GB of RAM but I'm not sure what types of memories are compatible with this one.... it would be great if you guy could tell me what those numbers represent.

    Thanks...

The RAM memory... Double Data Ram..... on my notebook specifications they say it has a DDR2 400Mhz(frequency).... and 512MB 2Rx16 PC2 3200S-333-12-A3it's what is written on the memory.

You just need to look for SODIMM DDR-II modules running at PC3200 speeds. You can also go to a website such as the Crucial website & you can search with your notebook's brand & model to see which memory modules are compatible with it.
