nothing appears on my monitor

    Hi my name is dan and i have just upgraded my computer.
    The problem i am having is when i start the computer,nothing comes up on the monitor.
    i have changed and swaped graphic cards,harddrives,ram and even motherboards not to mention cables.to no avail.
    can someone be so kind as to help me.

    Either you didn't turn on the screen :haha:
    or it might be a problem with the PSU on the same power strip as the monitor.
    I had that problem once. Whenever I turned on the screen and then tried to boot, not even a beep would be there.
    That might happen as soon as you put more or different hardware into the machine and the consumption changes.
