Novatech Rasor Pro L55II0 doublesided sticky tape

I took off the palmrest of the laptop, then I accidently took off a screw part. Then the silver metal came off, I need to stick it back down, it looked like sellotape underneath.

I don't know how to put it back on, it was really difficult.

What type or sticky tape and what can I use to secure that plastic part that broke off ???

Anyone help?
