  1. Please help... I am at my wits end.

I keep getting the NT Authority shutdown, and have treid everything... I downloaded Symantec's fix tool... and Microsoft's... and they do not work.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

    PLEASE help me.

    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your problem might not be caused by malware, but it is possible.

Go and read this thread HERE and post a HJT log as an attachment into this thread.

    Regards Howard

Your system is infected with several nasties. You`re also running a completely unpatched version of Windows and don`t have any antivirus or firewall softwear installed. In other words, your system is wide open to infection.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, Combofix and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

    Regards Howard :)
