Nt Authority/system Badly Need Help!

I cant Uninstall my Norton Anti-Virus an Error Occured(This action is only valid for products that are currently installed.) I have a Norton CD Version 2002. Just first a time using Internet to my computer, and i cant update any Windows update or even Download any kind of anti virus. I have noticed in my Scheduled Task that (AT1 is on scheduled running everyday) when i go to any download section my computer got restarted without any warnings.


Pls help me. Ive been searching answers 2days now

You're going to have to provide more info.
Did you run the removal tool and follow the instructions? Most of the info was there on that page for you to follow. I would recommend running the program and restarting the computer after that and see if the problem still exists. Or have you already done that????

im already running symantec W32.sasser.worm fixtool 1.0.4

how long would it takes?
after this running what should i do nxt? il try to Download?
