NTDetect Failed!

The last thing I did on my computer was to download the new Geforce Drivers from the Maximum PC Magazine Disc...then when it was installed on my computer and then it shut down. And now I am here and everytime I turn on my computer it gets past the Dell Loading Screen and then it goes to a black screen really fast which says...NTDETECT FAILED INVALID BOOT INI. FILE
and then it restarts again!!!!
-If anyone knows whats going on I would be more than happy for your post.

Invalid Boot.INI file Booting from C:\windows\NTDETECT failed

I need to know how to resolve this problem. Farther, I cannot load Vista, XP Professional 64 or 32 bit. Nor, do I know how to reformat my harddrive, or if it would help should I do so.
