I have been encountering the blue screen that says this for about 2 weeks now and sometimes my computer turns on and runs normally untill i watch a video or run a virus scan then it restarts. Then it wont turn on fully again untill i totally turn it off for a couple minutes. I also want to reformat but it wont let me do that even. I get to the point where i can repair windows or reinstall and it just goes to a blue screen then it restarts again. Any help would be much appreciated(sp)!
