NTLDR ctrl/alt/del HELP

Could someone please help. My computer will not boot up because it is missing the NTLDR. I don't know how to get it back. I have Windows XP Home Edition. I have tried to use the CD to recover but it stops when it gets to the driver.cab file. If you can please help.

Stick your Windows XP CD in and go to the Recovery Console;

Use the 'fixboot' command described on the 9th Black Screen shot at that link...
