nvida geforce 4 installation problems

    please help me!
    im having problems installing my graphics car. my computer does not recognise that it has been plugged in and if i plug my monitor to it the screen is blank although it still boots. any ideas please send to andy_hellewell@yahoo.co.uk thank you!

    Are you sure you have the video card seated properly?

    What kind of video card is it, its possible that its malfunctioning, ie:dead

    it would help if you posted your system specs. especially what your motherboard is.

    and as svoboda already mentioned make sure that the video card is seated properly. best thing is remove it then reinstall making sure that it is seated all the way.
