NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4200

1.What drivers for my AGP card "NVIDIA GeForce 4 Ti 4200" are the most stable?

2. What version of Direct X is best for my machine?

I can play any basic game great. My real problem occurred when I got the most recent version of DirectX 9c, and graphic driver version 93.71 which is the most current. Sometimes I read the most current is not the correct one.
I have also uninstalled the driver and tried other versions:
93.71 (newest)
81.98
4.5.2.3 (oldest)
Their (NVIDIA) support website says the newest version will work for my card, but it is causing problems obviously...

RollerCoaster Tycoon
The Sims
Need For Speed Underground 2
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
Tony Hawk's Underground 2

my AGP card was going out

found out, my AGP card was going out, because it finally it did go out completely one day with nothing on screen when I turned on my machine. got a basic agp card temporarily until I can afford another 3d graphics card. boo:dead:
