NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 and INTEL 845G COMAPRISON

Now, technically, which graphics card is faster in drawing: the NVidia Riva TNT2 AGP or the INtel 845G PCI? I noticed that the TNT2 has slightly higher framerates.

Do you meant the integrated series? If so, the Riva TNT would be better.

No, the NVidia Riva TNT2Pro AGP 16MB external graphics card (you know, not soldiered onto the motherboard)

THE NVIDIA TNT2 is better. Onboard GPU sucks. This is because onboard uses your RAM, and more CPU

BUt I thought TNT2 cards didn't support Hardware TnL?

I think the G965 is the first to support that feature by hardware, the other Intel onboard solutions did it through software very slowly.

Hmmmm....interesting...Well, anyway, how can 2 nearly indentical GPUs in features be so different?
