NVIDIA officials have reported that the company expects revenue to rise 12 percent to 18 percent in the second quarter of this year, also that they will be launching a new chip (NV35) next week as they hope to gain the performance crown back again.
Speaking of which, it's official, the NV30 was a failure:
"Chief Executive Jen-Hsun Huang said the company will launch its new graphics chip, code-named "NV35," next week. It will replace the company's prior top-end product, code-named NV30, which Huang said was unsuccessful."
Last but not least, two french sites have posted a couple pics and a features list of the "GeForce FX5900", some benchmarks were also shown earlier but then pulled on NVIDIA's request, they showed some advantage of NV35 over ATI's 9800 Pro, or so I heard.
