Oblivion for PC Error

When I start it up it says:
The Oblivion Launcher could not find the Oblivion game executable. Please reinstall Oblivion.
I have reinstalled it countless times and still get the same message.
Does any have an alternate solution?

What are the specs of your computer? What graphics card do you have? Have you downloaded all the patches and installed them? Just not enough information to try and guess what the problem is.
