i want more..... how many quest mods are their and which do prefer

Download Obscuro's Oblivion Overhaul mod and play through it again... It makes the game soo much better because NPCs levels are mostly static now. google it.

what u mean by static + what does this mod add into the game and is their any conflicts.

p.s. im at collage so if u have a few sites it would help as most are blocked

By static I mean that NPC levels are similar to those in Morrowind. In Morrowind you couldn't just walk around and kill anyone because some NPCs were leveled much higher than you... But when you did level high enough to kill certain NPCs you could also walk around and completely own 5 + NPCs at a time. OOO does just that and makes it so you can't just walk around, you have to wait to be strong enough in order to do certain things. OOO also adds new enemies, weapons, armor, factions, and plenty of more things... you need to check it out, I swear I'll never play vanilla oblivion again.

Also, make sure you read the readme file in order to install it properly..
