OC'n RAM timmings

OK well i got a 1 GB DDR2 667 PC-5400 ram modulal when i boot up it tells me the "target speed" for the ram is 400Mh which it should be 667Mhz the motherboard has bulit in OC'n utilities (Gigabyte G8-??-SLi pro) however when i increase the RAM speed it can only increament to 1200Mhz (400Mhz --> 1200Mhz) so getting 667 isn't really an option, does anyone know know any 3rd party OC ram programs? thanks

Try to oc using bios rather than a windows app?
