Old pc

Hi, I need help with my brothers pc please..it's a MEDIAN, M3 Composer 4300 E...it powered on once and was running fine. I shut it down and it won't power on at all..No lights, No Noise...NOTHING!!! I've Googled everything and I can't find help anywhere..PLEASE help
