OMG com hangs and hangs help pls

my coms hang when it start up to windows welcome page... i am usin windowns XP HOME edition any suggestion wad should i do to savage my com....

leave the chat stuff out when posting here. now try going into logon options change it to classic logon and see what happens

tried and it still hangs...haiz help me pls pls

go into the BIOS and fine where it says diagnostics it will perform before booting and make sure its on minimal
