On bootup I get a message HELP!

I was partitioning my disk to install linux, and after i installed I didnt like the distro I I just deleted the partition, i used Partition Magic, and after i deleted I rebooted and I got this message

"L 99 99 99 99 99.." and many more sets of 99's How can I fix this!!!

the only thing I can suggest is to reinstall windows.

Sounds like it cant find the root partition... try using efdisk to create the partition. Oh are you using multiple partitions? if so Linux needs to be first.
