Onimusha 3 PC Has Encountered A Problem And Need To Close

hi i am new
i can't play onimusha
when i click on the icon a window pops up and says " onimusha 3 has encountered a problem and needs to close" and asks me to send or dont send so i chose don't send cause its not like microsoft can fix it.

it works on my other computer and not this one.
can someone please help me ?

sounds like the exe is currupted. Are their any patches for the game? If there are, that might help.

i tried the 40mb patch and that did nothing
the game is still doing the same thing
