Opening IE causes "Windows has encountered a critical error and will shutdown..." error

Opening Internet Explorer, any PDF viewer, or Dreamweaver on my Windows 7 machine causes a "Windows has encountered a critical error and will shut down in one minute." error. If I stay away from these programs the computer works fine. Unfortunately, I need to use these programs all the time. Tried to repair Windows 7 but it didn't fix anything. Thanks for any help.

No that's cool. Remove Superantispyware. It's not a bad program, but it should only be used in troubleshooting problems and not to be left on forever. These programs use computer resources constantly and they can seriously slow a computer...
