Err, sorry, Mopar man hit the nail on the head.
When I made my original post, i had a pretty thorough description of the problem and what I wanted too accomplish.
Basically, I had Steam installed on my C drive and when I went to install TF-2, The installer would give no choices for a destination location. HUUUUGE Pain in the *** due to the fact that I already had Half-Life ep.1 and ALL the associated games installed/updated on another drive (ep.1 I could select my install dir.)
I spent a couple hours reinstalling Steam (This time on my E drive) and updating my previous installs.
    Problem resolved.
I came back and edited my original post, Should have edited the title..
Anyways, I am still P`d that Valve has given no custom install option in their Orange Box installer.
