OS failed to boot normally for very first time

I use a small Shop Vac and an old tooth brush with cleaning desktop computers, never had an issue after cleaning 300+ computers!

Wow, that's a lot of computers.
Update. Since not using the e-cig USB charger on the system, it's booted and powered-down normally three times, so seems that could have been the culprit after all, though early days yet.

Yes, ones that dispense it. And which ozone layer? The original one they were banging on about in the late 80's (I'm old...) or the newer one.
