What OS are you using? Well depending on your heirarchy, your OE folders will be here:

    Documents and Settings\(your name)\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{(gibberish goes here)}\Microsoft\Outlook Express\

All of those .dbx files are all of your messages and your folders. As for importing, I'm not sure whether you would just simply run an import and point to this folder and it would detect it, or if you would have to cut and paste it into the Outlook folder. I don't remember because I'm not in front of my home computer right now. Have you tried "Import Internet Mail and Addresses" already?

Sorry if I don't remember... but hopefully you could figure out from there now that you know where your OE folders are located

Users are sure to find in email recovery and dbx restore tool, simple yet versatile, to solve potential problems and stay in control of damaged dbx files in the safe folder.
