Outlook express 6

I'm running Win2K and I have a problem with the outlook express.
When I try to open the emails, outlook express freezes and I waited forever, until I had to press ctrl+Alt+del to end the program.

I did try to reinstall IE6 with outlook express, but the problem is till there.

I do appreciate any information.

try disabling the association MSN Messenger has with OE. There is an option in OE's settings for Messenger to load with it or something. There is an MSKB article on it that closely fits your problem.
