Outlook express address book not working

When trying to import outlook express address book I get the error message "An error occured during the import process the import process could not be completed.".

Try EXPORTING existing contents as VCF or LDIF and then you can IMPORT them into virtually any program needing contacts

You didn't say what you are using for an OS. One thing you might try, download Windows Live Mail, it took the place of OE some time back.

You have to export contacts as a CSV file which can be imported into the OE Address Book.
