Outlook Express help

    Ive been using OE for quite awhile now and havent had much problems with it, until the last few days, everytime I open it it says

    The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.tgtel.com', Server: 'No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E


    I cant get past this and it wont let me recieve or send mail, its very annoying... any help would be greatly appreciated... thanks in advance...
