Outlook Express, problems with receiving emails on more than one computer

I have a home office wireless network and am using Windows XP with Outlook Express. I have choose through Outlook Express to synchrondize my e-mails on my desktop and notebook ( Selected synchronize all on both systems). But when I receive an e-mail it only shows up on the computer I am using currenty, when I look at it, and not on the other computer. I would like it to be on both. Is there a way

When i've used Outlook Express i've known into download and delete emails from source, so maybe it is that?

to turn this feature off go to Tools, Accounts, which will open "internet accounts" window, click on mail, it should show your mail account double click it to open properties.

click on advanced tab and at bottom there is a tick box leave a copy on server.
