Does anyone on here know anything about the registry values of outlook?
im trying to clear some ghos PST files that i cant remove any other way.
i've never seen them before but they're nameless apart from when you right click on them and they're called something like <25#0> or something like that.
i've tried various programs and they cant locate them probably because they dont actually exist. i think its a registry issue because its only on her machine and doesnt replicate when i run her profile on another machine, but i cant work out what the blank/ghost PST files are being called.
i've tried removing and reloading her profile and that doesnt solve it so i'm pretty sure its a registry issue
there are alot of entries that contain only one file
(default) REG_SZ (value not set)
im just wondering if its these that i can remove and they're the source of the dodgy PST files?
any help would be great, thanks
