outlook problem

  1. jayantkm Newcomer, in training

    when I am trying to imorpt a older pst file into my outlook XP. I get this error "The server is not available. Contact your system administrator if the problem presist."

    I checked my .pst file , its not in read-only format.

    Why I am unable to import this file?

    Can anyone help me out ?
