A newcomer with a problem:
on my WindowME the OutlookExpress won't start due to a MSOE.DLL could not be loaded. Any suggestions on how to fix this nasty problem?
    Thank you,
    Giampaolo

search for MSOE.DL_ (likely to be \windows\i386)
    copy it to \windows\system32
    rename to MSOE.DLL

This isn't the absolute correct location for it, but OE will run again.
