Inactive Overrun with redirects and popups

I started getting popups and redirects a short while ago. They now seem to be increasing in frequency. I've run numerous adware, malware and antivirus programs with no success. They seem to identify and clean issues, but the problems persist after cleaning.
I've tried in safe mode and disconnected from the internet.
I'm not sure where to go from here. I'm running windows 7 and typically use Firefox.
I really need some help.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
