pacific assault help (missing 1.1)

when trying to connect to multiplayer i get an error stating that there is a version mismatch, 0.99 to 1.1 how do i get and download the right version

tryed that before but it didnt work, still cant play multiplayer. would it have anything to do with the game being on a partition other that c: drive
