Lately my PC has been giving me the ol' BSoD every once in a while, so I went through the usual "update all your drivers, make sure your antivirus isn't being a dictator, etc." to no avail. Today, when I tried to boot up, i was greeted with the error shown in the title of this thread. I'd love to go fetch the minidump files to see if that could be of more help, but I can't boot from my Win7 installation CD, safe mode, last known good configuration, anything! I'm running Memtest86 right now, and it's gone through 3 passes and 0 error so far.

4 GB DDR2 RAM
ATI Raedon 4350 Graphics card
1TB Seagate HDD
600W Power supply
Any insight on this would be helpful.
